Overall responsibilities

1.Responsible for product quality before shipment, review and release inspection report to overseas colleague. Deal with the complaint and follow up the improvement .Arrange and conduct annual audit for current supplier , audit the new supplier .

2.Forward and follow up the technique change between overseas colleague and the supplier. Support the new project.

Skillset:

1.      Familiar with the requirement of quality management system

2.      Have the knowledge of the related products.

3.      Able to deal with local & oversea complaint in time.

4.      Have strong ability to solve the quality issue

5.      People management skill

6.      Have solid experience in Lean / 6 sigma program, at least a green belt

Quality management

Responsible to assign staff to solve the customer complaint and critical quality issue.

Plan and organize team to carry out supplier audit and improvement plan.

To arrange staffs for the product quality inspection before shipment and release the inspection report to overseas colleague. Solving the critical quality issue found during inspection.

Draft and implement various kinds of quality document and release the document.

Attend the conference call meeting with oversea colleague to discuss and update quality issue.

Product management

Review the inspection report and release report to overseas colleague

Forward the technical change informed by oversea colleague to the supplier and follow up the change.

Manage all kinds of product documents and test reports.

Support new project launching (PPAP…. etc.)

Reporting

Summarize the complaint and quality issue monthly. Prepare monthly quality reports to management

Prepare new reports if needed

Staff Development

Recruit, train, coach and develop staffs

Supplier Development & Support other programs

Identify key suppliers for development, plan and organize supplier development program

To participate or lead programs (supplier consolidation, VAVE, Lean…. etc.). And other improvement programs
