Summary:

The principle purpose of this position is to apply professional IT project management skills to lead projects that support the business needs of Kemin. The core responsibility of this position will be to lead multiple projects across all functional areas and ensure execution on time and in line with business needs to support the growth of the business.

What you’ll be doing:

1.Responsible for reporting project activity progress and status

2.Execute key strategic projects, activities and action items.

3.Manage and guide project execution of change managements and initiatives related to continuous improvement.

4.Manage project scope, deliverables, budget, goals, roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.

5.Responsible for creating project plans (GANTT charts) and schedules that ensures task and prioritization of project dependencies.

6.Responsible for tracking changes in project scope, identifying potential risks, and developing contingency plans.

7.Delegates project tasks and responsibilities.

8.Lead project team meetings and ensure follow-up actions are identified.

9.Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

10.Accurately present findings in an appropriate and timely manner to allow the management team to make critical decisions based on key data.

11.May be required to take on multiple projects each with an extensive scope.

12.Conflict management resolution.

13.Working with external vendors (including contract negotiations).

14.Must be proficient in English and Chinese.

15.Advanced computer skills with experience in Office365 Suite, SharePoint, OneNote and Microsoft Project or other project planning software.

16.Willingness to travel (approximately up to 10%).

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with 6+ years of related work experience.

2.Prince2 or PMP Certification or equivalent certification required.
