职位描述
Key Purpose of Role:
Business Development Management (BDM) will find new sales leads and develop relationships within target customers to penetrate the organization and open doors to new business opportunities within heat industry business sector in national wide. BDM will communicate issues and problems back into company in order to drive and assist with resolution. BDM will identify, qualify and close new business in line with sales teams and other cross-functional to ensure successful business execution. Additional responsibilities will be to own and manage related RFQs and act as prime in ensuring timely response delivery and feed information back into Management in support of Business Developing Plans. BDM will regularly update company with market data, new opportunity logs and plans.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility 1: (Over 60%)
· Responsible to achieve the related business target of Heat/Cold Meters product line together with Sales Team and Product Marketing Manager
· Responsible for the implementation of first commercial order in any new product/segment (Order size to be defined) with the following up of a transfer/handover plan to the Sales Team
· Responsible to build the close relationship with related stakeholders of Heat/Cold Industry incl. end users, industrial experts, main contractors & etc. Lobby or influence the related standard/regulations by company’s specification
Responsibility 2: (30%)
· Responsible to communicate towards the customer and company the commercial request/availability schedule and market needs; work close with Product Marketing Manager for new product/solution developments and promotions
· Responsible for collecting market information and communicating current and emerging needs for current and new accounts within the segment and region to drive value proposal development
Responsibility 3: (10%)
· Responsible to coordinate and support the development and execution of related marketing activities such as seminars/road shows, industry trade shows and Marcoms
People management and cooperate relationship:
· Take lead the cross-function task force
Professional Experience
· Over 3-5 years’ experience working on sales or business development in Heat/Cold or BMS or Air-conditioning Industry; Sales or Product Marketing experience with heating companies or BMS companies or Air-conditioning company is preferable
· Good networking and relationship with the related government, institute, or BMS company
· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Fluent English language skills
· Experience working with cross-functional teams in organizations
· Strong project manager with excellent ability to prioritize, multitask and organize
· Applicable to frequent travel
