职位描述
任职要求：
1.男女不限，年龄20-30周岁，大专及以上学历。
2. 1年以上研发部门文职经验，熟悉生产制造流程，电脑操作熟练，能熟练使用word、excel、PPT等办公软件。
3.熟练使用ERP软件，熟练掌握ERP操作使用流程。
4.熟悉公司文件控制程序和档案管理制度。
5.具有良好的学习能力，执行能力，为人正直，原则性强。
6.英语良好。
工作内容：
1． 每周两次更新样品开发进度管控表，呈报研发经理和副总。
2． 汇总部门同事的工作周报并呈报研发经理和副总。
3． 负责研发部的固定资产保管。
4． 负责部门办公用具申购、发放及保管。
5． 负责研发工具的申购、发放与保管。
6． 负责所有新建项目，组件，零件等的ERP号码建立。
6. 协助工程师样品制作的材料申购，并跟踪物料的采购进度。
7. 协助工程师样品制作的材料申领及样品入库工作等。
8. 协助工程师制作样品规格书。
9. 确保自己所负责各项工作符合IATF16949 & ISO 1400之要求。
10. 每月更新KPI数据记录，并交给品质部统一汇总。
11. 完成研发经理交办的其他事宜。
