任职要求：

1、  大专以上学历，理工类或者管理专业，

2、35~50岁 13年以上工作经验，5年以上经理级管理经验 

3、 擅长沟通协调以及指导 精通战略规划 很强的执行力和行动力 

4、 精通ISO9000（精通IATF16949或者ISO13485更佳） 

5、 流利的英文（听说读写），会日语更佳 

6、 有客户资源和供应商资源优先 

7、 精通LCM模组 和PCBA的生产流程与标准 很高的品质，客户，成本，安全等意识 

8、 身体健康，能配合加班     

岗位职责：

1）协助总经理分管生产，QC，注塑模具，和安全生产

2）领导部属做好品质管理改善，确保向客户提供优质产品

3）策划并且实施年度改善计划（品质设备安全效率成本等）

4）提高全员品质意识，培育人才

5）确保安全生产，消防的合规性

6）持续改善管理体系，争创一流企业
