General Job Description

1. Order taking and customers service: Manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

2.  Material resource planning: Make sure all materials are available and goods could be produced within lead time to meet client’s requirement. 

3. Warehouse/Inventory/Delivery: in charge of warehouse management, and improve warehouse management through process and policies to make sure data integrity.Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency. Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency.

4. Customs clearance: Manages or performs work associated with both import and export administration.

5. Purchasing: Provide leadership in purchasing activities. including: Manage the administration of all site purchasing contracts and agreements. Cost down the cost of the purchasing products, Localized parts for products produced in company, Keep suppliers always competitive in market and continuous improvement in supply chain.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering/Material Management/Logistic Management, preferably in business or logistics

2. At least 10 years experiences and at least 3 years management experiences.

3. Specific Knowledge: Fluent English, logistic and trading knowledge, MRP, computer skills, Lean awareness, safety knowledge.

4. Chinese Customs & CIQ regulation.

5. SAP knowledge is preferred
