College diploma holder or above. International trade, logistics related major

大专或大专以上文凭，国际贸易、物流类相关专业

Have 10 years related working experience in customs and CIQ operation in the foreign company

有大型外资企业报关、报检、现场处理海关相关事项的相关工作经验10年以上

Have basic learning on customs and CIQ business

具有海关和国检基本知识

Good communication and interpersonal skills

有良好的现场沟通及处理海关关系的能力

Strong and energetic enough to meet pressures and challenges from the work

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY／职责和权限

l Understand customs related law and regulation, and customs inspection related business process. Ensure the compliance of customs law

熟悉海关法律法规的要求及报关报检各相关业务作业流程，关务相关合规监管

l Keep a good relationship and contact with related department of customs and CIQ

负责协调海关以及各相关部门的沟通，解决现场问题。

l Understand all raw materials, machines and spare parts using on production process, familiar with the request of bonded goods from customs management and implement it accordingly

了解公司生产过程中的所有原材料和设备备件，熟悉掌握保税料件的海关管理要求，并按要求执行

l Handle daily abnormal case and feedback to department head and related department colleague on time

处理日常报关中的各种异常事件及时解决现场问题并向公司内部反馈。

l Sufficient customs declaration skills, strong sense of responsibility, careful & open minded, full consideration of import and export and write-off correlation

海关报关规定要有足够的掌握，责任心强，心细开明，充分考虑进出口及核销关联等
