职位描述
1, Complete monthly closing and all financial reports on schedule each month. Ensure appropriate cost and expense allocation and accurate financial reports and mgmt. reports.
2, Team building - Human resource development and stability in accounting dept. (training, environment, self-modeling etc)
3, Ensure budget control and recommend cost saving measures based on financial analysis
4, Financial analysis based on reports, find out problems and suggest solutions and to lower cost. Upgrade and automate the current financial reports format to achieve higher efficiency.
5, Ensure smooth Warehouse operations
6, Supervise the efficiency and quality of Accountant and Cashier's jobs, Arrange Payments in time, including domestic and overseas
7, Ensure legal operation in FD operation, especially in compliance with tax and foreign currency regulations
8, Liaison with banks to ensure good credit line status and lower financial expenses
9, Supervise and maintain smooth operation of ERP system, ensure the data preciseness and satisfying mgmt. financial needs. Make sure all financial data are properly backup.
10, Provide constructive suggestions or potential problems to Financial Officer; Be able to comprehend and implement FO's instructions correctly and efficiently
11, Maintain good relationship with national and local tax bureau, banks, foreign currency bureau and other related departments
12, Check the accurateness of Warehouse Inventory check report monthly and Fixed Assets check report quarterly; provide final reports to FO
13, Be a communication bridge and keep the harmony operation among the whole financial department; Liaison with other departments in the company to ensure smooth Finance operations
