1. Cost Management
- Standard Cost set up (give proposal, get CSCM approval)
- Costed Bom roll up
- Regular Cost Review, quarterly or monthly depends on customer requirement
- Regular PPV Claim, quarterly/monthly depends on agreement with customer
- Inventory Revaluation, quarterly/monthly depends on agreement with customer
- PPV management
- ECN cost analysis and settlement with customer
- Ensure cost accuracy in system
- Support hedging for specific projects. Monthly hedging forecast report to finance
2. Bom/AML management
- Verify bom, AML with customer when project start up
- Review customer AML to ensure continuity of supply in terms of sole source, split etc.
- On going monitor Bom, AML issue, work with customer and related functions to solve issues.
3. System Readiness, joint efforts with Sourcing/SBM for better Ts and Cs
- Follow up RFQ with SBM, ensure system AVL ready
- Follow up Standard Cost set up, maintenance in system
- Master data accuracy owner - Lead time / MOQ etc.
4. Local Source/2nd Source/VI proposal and coordination
- Local Source/2nd Source/VI proposal to customer
- Follow up qualification status till closure
5. SMI Coordination by project
6. Inventory management
- Control DOS, inventory level and make re-schedule in/out and cancellations;
- Deal with aging inventory and excess materials;

Requirement
1, Have three years work experience in purchasing field at the least;
2, Have good oral and written English communication skill;
3, Possess excellent interpersonal skills, communication and expression, negotiating and persuading skills;
4, Adopt to work under much pressure and changeable work environment
5, Have lot of knowledge on Inco-term and Logistics;
6, Have good follow up skills and driving capability
