职位描述:
1. 独立负责开拓高端客户，提供高效商务服务，确保客户满意度；
2. 熟悉公司运作环节，与各部门协调和配合，负责各自项目管理和跟踪；
3. 负责制定客户的商务服务方案等文本文件；
4. 根据客户的需求，配合产品部门为客户制定个性化解决方案。确保客户服务质量和客户满度；
5. 建立客户目录，与新老客户建立良好业务关系； 完成销售指标和客户的增长指标；

任职要求：
1. 有丰富的酒店和金融客户资源者优先， 有公关顾问公司工作经验者优先；
2. 本科或以上学历，英语4级以上， 至少2-3年大客户服务经验；
3. 逻辑思维和策划能力强，优秀的表达、沟通、协调能力；
4. 有项目管理经验， 独立开拓市场的能力。


Senior Account Manager

We are looking for a number of senior account managers to join our dynamic international team. The ideal candidates have outgoing, friendly personalities and strong drive to build elite client portfolios.

Responsibilities:
1. Build and manage one’s own client portfolio of elite and corporate clients;
2. Identify and execute promotional opportunities alongside other account managers and sales representatives;
3. Correspond regularly with clients and provide tailored business service strategies/solutions;
4. Exceed client’s expectations;
5. Meet monthly sales and client growth targets.

Qualifications：
1. Abundant client resources in Hospitality and Banking & Financial Sector is essential.
2. 2-4 years business development or account management experience;
3. Forward thinking, strong leadership qualities with excellent planning abilities and coordination capacities;
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
5. Personality type that thrives in a fast-paced international/ multi-cultural environment;
6. B.S. in Business, Communications, or equivalent preferred.
