职位描述
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
1.Working collaboratively with team mates and support areas in a smooth environment.
2.Attend workers training system and assist POM with POD team durative training and improvement,
3.Attend and assist POM in POD durative development and responsible in assigned area,
4.Daily collection of unwonted / issues from team mates and report to POM,
5.Coordinate and / or facilitate Administrative or Operations related POD Events.
-Planning and scheduling of future events.
-Assuring to collect open communications of POD dept who work in the process.
-Coordination and periodic updates of progress during the Event.
-Develop and maintain a system to follow-up on open items from all POD events, assuring they are on tracking until completed or planned into a future event.
6.Collect and report to POM for all progress in assigned area:
-Schedule of POD activities
-Number of Events
-Results achieved
7.To assist POM in establishing standardized POD system / procedure and durative development.
8.To supervise boat under good protection and clean situation in all or any construction progress.
9.To periodic supervise whole workshop and updates POM for improvement goal.
10.Responsible to production daily record summery and POD document / library filing and develop,
11.Responsible to POD resource periodic summery / filing and develop,
12.Other assigned job from POM.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
1.College Degree in Manufacturing Engineering / Operations Management / Admin or equivalent experience.
2.Above 3 years production admin or assistant experience.
3.Licensure/Certification: English CET6
4.Good English skills both written and oral;
5.Familiar working in office software and fairing knowledge in Autocad / Microsoft Project.
6.Willing to work extended hours and on off-shift during any POD events.
7.Good communication, coordination, negotiation and planning skills, strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to deliver results;
8.Fair understanding of production management and yacht building concepts preferred.
9.Attentive to details and able to work under high pressure;
10.Good awareness of teamwork, be conscientious and good working attitude, possess a certain good level of organizing capacity.
