职位描述：
Job Responsible:
1. Design 3D Drawing or check and verify 3D Drawing from clients and suppliers and develop new products per specifications. Coordinate design activities to achieve design requirements. 根据客人的设计概念或想法构思产品3D图，或审核客户和供应商的设计3D 图，开发新产品。协调设计活动以达到设计要求。
2. Analysis and improve product mix and function etc. at every stage. 在每个产品阶段，分析和改善产品结构。
3. Suggestion at choice of material and molding method when R&D stage 研发阶段在物料和成型方法的选择上给出合理建议。
4. Check & verify mold charge and lead time 检查核实模具费用和开模时间是否合理。
5. Respond to, identify and recommend solutions to manufacturing and quality issues. 对生产和质量问题作出反应，识别并提出解决方案。

Requirement:
1. College degree or above, electronic or mechanical or related major.
2. 5 years experience in related field, familiar with the mold design and production process of plastic, metal, glass and ceremic etc.
3. Could read & write English documents
4. Familiar with AutoCAD/CAE/PRO-E/Solidrods/AI
5. Willing to take frequent business trips and undertake challenging tasks
6.Positive and optimistic, good communication and problem solving skills, good team player
