Responsibilities:
1, Work with US sales team closely for new product development;
2, Responsible for keeping Division Manager informed of all aspects of their project by managing expectations and clear communication
3, In charge / facilitate the communication between U.S sales offices and Chinese factories
4, Provide on time solutions/feedback to all questions from US Sales;
5, Manage timelines and meet all deadlines for quotes and orders
The main work contents:
1. Quote follow-up:
? Find new suppliers online and send enquiries.
? Push testing list from the testing department.
? Get quotations from vendors and analyze the price and clarify the details.
? Work on the price breakdown.
2. Sample follow-up:
? Check sample specs.
? Take samples pictures.
? Make sample PPT and arrange PP sample review meeting.
3. Order follow-up:
? Place order to vendors.
? Check order status daily.
? Arrange QC inspection.
? Communicate with QC inspectors and vendors during inspection.
? Arrange during-production testing.
? Work with shipping coordinator and vendors for shipment.
4. Documentation: Need to handle the daily work documents or reports.
Requirements:
1, Has experience working with foreign companies
2, Knows basic glass product and manufacturing process
3, Excellent in English;
4, Open personality, positive, active, patient, careful, responsible, hard working and with good understanding
5, Strong analytical mind and negotiation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to troubleshoot difficult projects.
6, Can work under pressure; traveling to factories is a must, 1 month stations in glass and after processing factories
