职位描述：
1根据客户的资料，制作发动机进场构型清单，以便为车间工作人员提供该发动机的进场信息
2根据客户的资料，输入发动机进厂时间和循环数据，以确保跟踪件数据的正确和使用制作出场文件
3根据放行工程师的发动机修理报告，制作发动机放行证书，以便交付给客户
4根据客户要求和工作指引QM30-01，创建发动机/单元体构型清单和寿命件清单等，制作整套发动机维修出场报告，确保准确、及时的交付给客户
5按照公司OP4204的要求，扫描所有的发动机维修记录和发动机维修文件，并归档原件至档案室保存，以便日后追溯
6 根据领导要求， 处理交付的相关工作，以确保部门工作顺利开展 举报 分享

　　MTU Maintenance Zhuhai is a 50-50 joint venture between China Southern Air Holding Company and MTU Aero Engines AG, Germany's leading engine manufacturer. Launched with an initial investment of 189 million USD and a capacity of 200 engines per year, the company spreads over 156,000 square meters of land in the Zhuhai Free Trade Zone, close to Hong Kong and Macao. The company is equipped with a state-of-the-art machine pool and a highly modern test cell accommodating engines up to 150,000 pounds of thrust. The shop holds roughly 20 approvals, amongst others from the CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China), the European EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency), the US-FAA (Federal Aviation Authority) and the by JCAB (Japanese Civil Aviation Bureau).
　　Since it started operations in January 2003, MTU Maintenance Zhuhai has successfully overhauled more than 2,000 V2500 and CFM56 engines from airlines from all over the world. Today, it is the leading provider of aircraft engine maintenance, repair and overhaul services in China. To cater for the future growth, the company completed its facility extension in 2012. The annual capacity increases to 300 shop visits per year - up 50% from its previous number of 200 engines per year.
  
　　珠海保税区摩天宇航空发动机维修有限公司是中国南方航空集团和德国最大的发动机制造商MTU航空发动机股份有限公司各投资50%合资组建的民用航空发动机维修企业。公司位于珠海保税区内，比邻港澳，占地15.6万平方米，初期投资额1.89亿美元，设计年维修量为200台。除了配有现代化的设备和15万磅推力的现代化试车台，公司还拥有中国民航局CAAC、欧洲航空安全局EASA、美国民航局FAA、日本民航局JCAB等20多个国家和地区的适航维修许可证。
　　自2003年1月正式营运以来，珠海摩天宇已为世界各国运营V2500和CFM56系列发动机的航空公司成功维修了2,000多台发动机，是目前国内首屈一指的航空发动机维修基地。为进一步满足未来发展需求，珠海摩天宇在2012年完成了厂房的扩建。公司的年产能从以前的200台增加到如今的300台，提升了50%。
