Position : AOG Engineer　
Department: Marketing & Sales Dept.
Job Description:
？ According to customer AOG requirements, to ensure that the required work scope could be carried out, the corresponding working documents are full signed, final inspection and release specified work in customer location.
？ Control and monitor the whole process quality of onsite service, check all the parts certificates, ensure that the entire process with the MTU procedures and regulations.
？ Responsible for CIP of AOG on the technical side, with other departments to develop and update AOG work scope capability list. Support marketing department on AOG process improvement/optimization.
？ Perform all tasks according to CFM56 & V2500 AOG work scope capability list.
？ Be the AOG team leader, collect the documents and information for further analysis, ensure that the whole AOG process is in accordance with OP7511.
？ Support shop if necessary.
？ Participate in process management and project related to improve the company's actual operation, to meet the requirements of the company.
？ Execute temporary, other work related to marketing department.

Qualification Requirements:

？ 工作经验Experience:
至少5年航空发动机维修领域的工作经验，熟悉放行流程，熟悉适航法律法规；有AOG领队经验并且3年以上生产线检验员经验者优先。
At least 5 years working experience in the field of aero engine maintenance. Be familiar with the Engine release procedure; Be familiar with the airworthy law and regulation. AOG experience is preferred.

？ 能力Capacity
持有CAAC PWT执照优先
计算机和英语技能: 流利的英语和精通电脑。
CAAC PWT License is preferred;
Computer and English Skills: Fluent English and computer skills.

？ 语言表达清晰。Strong ability to make clear statements.

？ 个性Personality:
自信，容易沟通与合作，有较强的抗压能力和应变能力。Self-confident, easy to communicate and cooperate; strong ability to resist compression and strain.

　　MTU Maintenance Zhuhai is a 50-50 joint venture between China Southern Air Holding Company and MTU Aero Engines AG, Germany's leading engine manufacturer. Launched with an initial investment of 189 million USD and a capacity of 200 engines per year, the company spreads over 156,000 square meters of land in the Zhuhai Free Trade Zone, close to Hong Kong and Macao. The company is equipped with a state-of-the-art machine pool and a highly modern test cell accommodating engines up to 150,000 pounds of thrust. The shop holds roughly 20 approvals, amongst others from the CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China), the European EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency), the US-FAA (Federal Aviation Authority) and the by JCAB (Japanese Civil Aviation Bureau).

Today, it is the leading provider of aircraft engine maintenance, repair and overhaul services in China. To cater for the future growth, the company completed its facility extension in 2012. The annual capacity increases to 300 shop visits per year - up 50% from its previous number of 200 engines per year.
