Job Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for human resources (ER, C&B, Training, Recruitment, Performance, Manpower Planning) and administration operation in ZS plant;
Implement and Improve various policy and procedure of ZS company, and this policy and procedure comply with legal;
Follow up and Improve the best experience for employees;
Plan and implement short-term solutions and long-term strategy of human resource recruitment for Direct Labor & Indirect Labor;
According to the market and company strategy, carry out reasonable salary and welfare policy in order to keep our salary in competitive level but also need to control the cost;
Implement and improve performance appraisal policy and carry out the rewards and punishment incentives;
Implement and improve training plan and evaluate the effectiveness of the training;
Implement various recreational activities and maintain good relationship with internal employees and group employees.
Need to insure the data correct for forecast;
Continue improve the living environment of the staff;
 Improve the satisfaction of canteen service;
 Establish and maintain good relationship with government and internal departments;
12. Other related HR affair.

Job Requirements:
Fluent in English, Mandarin, can use English as working language.
 At least 10 years work experience in MNC manufacturing company and the employee headcount more than 5000.
 Be familiar with HR six functions and has experiences in administration.
Be familiar with the legal regulations and tentacles.
