职位描述：
1. PO management and daily follow up with supplier, keeping related SAP data maintained on time and accuracy.
2. Expedite any necessary material delivery in order to meet upside sales demand.
3. Supplier on time delivery performance continuous improving and relationship maintaining.
4. Good inventory management and flexible balance production demand with inventory level by reschedule in or reschedule out, MOQ and lead time reduction, scheduling agreement implemented etc.
5. Coordinate with quality to dispose reject in a timely manner to keep block stock level down.
6. Work with customs department and supplier to ensure required material information set up in customs contract.
7. Work with logistic department to handle any related logistics issue and provide necessary information that need come from supplier.
8. Make sure correct delivery information provided by supplier like invoice, packing list etc. to avoid booking and payment issue, also seek for continuous improvement.
9. Other tasks assigned by superior.

职位要求：
1. Education background:
？？College or bachelor degree,
2. Professional knowledge/Skill/Quality:
？？- Strong background in planning, supply chain management experience would be an advantage.
？？- Experienced in managing capacity restricted supply chains or manufacturing sites, supply planning
？？？requirements.
？？- Experienced with SAP (would be an advantage).
3. Working experience:
？？5+ years’ purchasing experience in electronics commodity and experience in EMS industry will be a plus.
4. Others:
？？- Analytical, advanced Excel user, strong team player, a fact based decision maker and result driver.
？？- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
