职位描述：
职位要求：
1.注塑或模具相关专业，大专以上。
2.精通注塑模具和注塑机的结构与性能，能熟练进行产品的测试和改进工艺性能。
3.3年以上注塑工艺相关经验，有汽车外饰件经验优先。
4.精通注塑工艺改善，了解塑料性能，有质量控制检验方面经验。
5.负责产品制造过程中出现问题的解决、反馈、预防。
6.负责生产过程工艺装备的改进和提高生产效率。
