职位描述：
Job Summary :
Identify, develop & set up Automation improvements in Zhuhai Operations, continue to improve product quality, continue to look for opportunity for productivity improvement and cost reduction, continue to look for new technologies, and provide support to equipment maintenance.

Essential Functions
（1）Responsible to coordinate and follow up the Automation program in the plant;
（2）Searching on-site and identifying automation opportunities, and responsible to manage Automation projects to improve
         productivity and product quality in corresponding product units;
（3）Work with Automation vendors to develop solutions to meet our productivity, quality and cost objectives.
（4）Install, qualify and handover Automation solutions to Manufacturing, ME and maintenance.
（5）Look for and study new technologies to support Automation initiatives.
（6）Provide support/training/guidance to manufacturing/maintenance/ME groups.
（7）Follow company policies or rules to implement the job function.

Job Qualifications
（1）Degree in bachelor of automation or mechanical technology, or higher.
（2）Minimum 5 years’ automation, equipment or equivalent work experience, and 1~2 year supervisor experience is preferred.
（3）Familiar with TS16949 five core tools and capability study;
（4）Skills of project management is one plus;
（5）Good communication skills and teamwork;
（6）Good command of written English, skill of verbal English is preferred;
