职位描述：
1. Making shipment plan under shipping requirement from UK/HK;
2. Sending booking to shipping agent and making the goods loading schedules;
3. Make shipments preparation list for daily shipment prepare;
4. Send the container info to customs team and double check the container info before loading; make sure the goods load to the correct container.
5. Handle shipment packing and PGI in SAP, work out “Shipping information” and send SI to the forwarder on time;
6. Double confirm the bill of lading when received from shipping agent.
7. Checking accuracy of all invoices and packing lists from the SAP database;
8. Communicate with shipping agent to solve the daily shipment issues timely;
9. Create and submit all shipping invoices and bill of lading and all other related documents;
10. General record keeping and office duties;
11. Other tasks assigned by superior.

职位要求：
1. Education background:
College or bachelor degree in logistics management or related field
2. Professional knowledge/Skill/Quality:
Good knowledge of shipping arrangement & international transportation.
Be familiar with SAP system handling;
3. Working experience:
3 years relevant experience in shipping arrangement
4.Others:
Good command of English and Chinese;
Good command of office software operation such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint. 举报 分享
