职位描述：
1. To work with design team to assess DFM in NPI stage, perform all required sample/test builds to ensure new product of quality, cost and on time delivery.
2. Develop and introduce WI & jig/fixture & tools in accordance to production needs. Work with PQE to build quality into every process.
3. Develop and maintain the manufacturing processes to boost the productivity, quality and cost reduction, make sure to meet all product design requirements.
4. Provide technical advice and support to other departments.
5. Research new manufacturing technology, and maintain and improve overall manufacturing performance.
6. Other tasks assigned by superior.

任职要求：
1. Education background: Bachelor degree or above in engineering or related field.
2. Professional knowledge/Skill/Quality:
  - Basic Speaker & acoustic knowledge is a preference.
  - Basic electrical & electronics knowledge is a preference.
  - Highly developed and skilled with problem solving techniques.
  - Good command of office and engineering software operation (i.e. AutoCAD, NX- Uni-graphics).
3. Working experience:
  - At least 3 years relevant experience in an Engineering function in the manufacturing industry.
4.Others:
  - Good command of English & Chinese written.
  - Basic oral English speaking.
