职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
Perform supervisory duties regarding staff motivation, monitoring and coaching
Assign and prioritize day-to-day work, resolve day-to-day staff and customers problems
Liaise with various departments to ensure a smooth running of daily operations
Conduct timely capacity planning to ensure sufficient resource to handle both routine & ad hoc functions
Maintain and prepare MIS, productivity reports and analysis for management review
Develop, improve existing procedures and processing flow and encourage staff to initiate ideas for improvement
Identify operation or service discrepancy and come up with recommendation
Initiate feedback to management on all aspects related to staff or service issues, e.g. customer comments/ suggestions, improvements ideas etc.
Investigate and resolve complicated customer problems or serious complaints referred by sub-ordinates, branches & departments
Identify and develop potential staff as back up for key function / position
Monitor & review pre-set service standards on regular basis
Perform other ad hoc projects assigned by direct manager
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above. Major in Finance, English, International Economic and Trade, Accounting would be preferred.
Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in Banking Operations & Support, preferably gained in foreign enterprises
Strong leadership, planning, communication and interpersonal skills, mature and independent
Excellent customer service mindset, comprehensive knowledge of compliance & security procedures
Team player, Strong in resources planning
Determined, goal oriented and business driven, with the ability to work under high pressure
Proficiency in both Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin) and English, with good knowledge of PC application software
