职位描述：
Purchasing Manager
Main duties and responsibilities:
-in charge of purchasing with regards to factory Zhuhai and to services provided for other Vitra factories and related parties customers.
-Dig out new suppliers as per request and Group standard requirements.
-Evaluate the suppliers' performance, prepare for relative KPI data.
-Initiate and follow up regular supplier audit.
-Clarify quality and delivery problems with suppliers,coordinate the requirement with quality and logistics within group.
-Maintain a network of reliable contracts with suppliers.
-Coordinate, interact and close cooperations with SCM HQ on the main local activities.
-Achieve cost reductions while maintaining and improving the quality of suppliers and services.
-Project management and purchasing.
-Maintain purchasing relative data and BOM in ERP (U8+12.5 version).
-Other task assigned by superior


Requirements for the job holder:
-Technical background, especially with on-site problem solving ability
-Strong communication skills, being active and taking the initiative.
-Customer focus
-Several years experience in purchasing and logistics
-Good oral and written English ability, German language preference
-Experience in project management and process improvement
