职位描述：
1. Be responsible for the overall safety and cleanliness of the Dormitory with the assistance of the Operations Team
2. Manage and monitor the performance of the Operations Team and report to Relocation Team in case their performance is not up to standard
3. Set up roster for Security Team to patrol the Dormitory to ensure it is free from any suspicious danger or hazards at all times
4. Establish regular cleaning / maintenance schedule and ensure it is followed by the Operations Team accordingly
5. Work closely with Relocation Team for the bed allocation
6. Conduct check in/out procedures for all Dormitory residents
7. Monitor the occupancy and space availability and report to Relocation Team
8. Prepare the Dormitory Rules and Regulations, policies and procedures and ensure they are followed at all times
9. Generate regular reports for Relocation Team for better management of the Dormitory
10. Conduct regular inspections to the units to ensure they are kept cleaned and well maintained at all times
11. Coordinate all maintenance requests with the Operations Team and ensure timely maintenance/replacement where necessary
12. Manage properly the key inventory, distribution and control
13. Maintain inventory system and proper par stock of all items and inventories
14. Manage and control the usage of the Multi-purpose/Training Room
15. Response to emergencies effectively and efficiency
16. Handle complaints/grievances/problems in a timely manner. Provide incidence reports for further follow up if needed

Communication
1. Act as a bridge between the Company and all Dormitory residents. Deliver relevant information to residents accurately in a timely manner
2. Maintain effective communication with Relocation Team
3. Maintain effective communication with Dormitory residents to build a harmonious living environment together and to improve the service in accordance to their opinions and suggestions

Requirements
Working Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in dormitory/property management. Hotel experience is preferred.

Educational Level: College degree above.

Language/Computer Skill:
Excellent language skills in Mandarin and Cantonese, and good command of English.
Good command of MS Office.

Flexible schedule: Must be able to work various shifts as per business demands.

Patient, people-oriented as well as detail-oriented
Good communication and coordination skills
