Sourcing Assistant
采购助理：1
工作职责: Responsibilities:
1.To cooperate with HQ in Denmark & communication with suppliers;
2.Close follow up with suppliers on delivery & report the shipping status;
3.Negotiate solution with supplier on shipment issue;
4.Coordination on supplier raw material samples request;
5.Assist Sourcing Manager day to day activities;
6.Archive all supplier documentation and verify related documents validity;
7.To search out & identify suppliers that meet or exceed standard of quality and capability requirements;
8.Support data management as request;
任职要求,REQUIREMENTS:
1.University graduate
2.Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Multinational Corporation
3.Familiar with computer basic skills and MS office etc
4.Hard working and self-motivated
5.Good interpersonal skills, honest and responsible.
6.Fluently oral English is a must
7.Related working experience in sourcing or background in international trading is preferred
