1.Determine customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
2.Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
3.Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
4.Provide source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
5.Obtain product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies.
6.Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
7.Facilitate inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules. 8.Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with manufacturing.
9.Introduce and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production.
10.Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
11.Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
12.Coordinate production by communicating with designers, tailors and factories; inspecting production progress, schedule and quality, determine pre-production samples and costs.
13.Develop technical specification on the assortment of products.
Qualifications: -
1. Bachelor degree and majored in engineering or relevant or business administration or Economicsmajor field.
2. Lanuage skills-Expert English for work lanuage
3. Computer skills-Expert for office soft-ware
4. Good communications and Business negotiaon skills
5.clear thinking and pragmatism
6.Have factory work experience
7.Positive attitude,able to work under pressure,responsible and devoted, strong sense of responsibility
8. Drive Licesne
