职位描述：
Job Summary :
       Assist Product Engineer or Test Engineer in new product development or improvement, including drafting, building prototypes and conducting tests as specified by Engineer.

Essential Functions
（1）Conduct safety tests and product qualification tests according to agency requirement, company policy, department procedure or Engineer's instruction.
（2）Prepare engineering sample or prototype to support new product development and improvement.
（3）Train new Technicians and Assistants.
（4）Collect test data and prepare report in presentable format.
（5）Prepare and revise engineering drawing and specification document.
（6）Develop improved or more efficient methods for testing.
（7）Develop special test methods and equipment.
（8）Maintain laboratory in good condition to comply with Agency requirement, company policy and department procedure.

Job Qualifications
？ Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
？ Minimum 2 years experience in supporting product development or testing.
？ Familiar with laboratory practices and use of testing equipment.
？ Familiar with instrument analysis procedure.
？ Able to communicate in simple verbal and written English.
？ Experience in drawing design tools such as AutoCAD and SolidEdge.
