Responsibilities and Key activities
1/Responsible for leading and directing the HR function for the business carried out in the Southeast Asia, especially the recruitment in the required country.
2/Recruitment, hiring, evaluation, training and discipline of leadership for the HR function.
3/Oversee coordination of interviews while partnering with branch operations to identify and select the most qualified candidates for open positions.
4/Negotiate and finalize offer letters and employment processes for new hires and promotions.
5/Responsible for maintaining high quality HR standards as it relates to HR metrics, implementation of policy and procedures.
6/Primary contact for the implementation of HR department goals and strategies
7/Act as a mentor and primary resource for HR professionals
Requirements
1/Familiar with labor situation and know where and how to find the target talents effectively in different countries of southeast Asia;
2/Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience in a role such as a Recruiter, Trainer or Human Resources Generalist with solid foundation and understanding of Human Resources;
2/University degree or diploma is required, preferably in Business, HR or Psychology;
3/Experience in cellphone game industry is preferred;
4/Southeast Asian is preferred.
