GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for developing and maintaining sales &marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives.

1.To evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.

2.For overseas/ domestic all marketing, and promotional staff and activities.

3.To manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

4.To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.

5.Others assigned by the director of PCS department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1.Bachelor or above degree in marketing or business related field from an accredited university preferred.

2.Five years around in sales and marketing manager role within professional services environment.

3.Marketing management and strategic planning experience, and able to manage multiple projects while prioritize work assignments.

4.Preferential treatment coming from PV solar companies in China, such as Yingli, Trina, CSI, Suntech, and so on.

5.Understand needs and expectations of chemical company clients and frequent business travel.

6.Ability to adapt to and work within the firm’s culture and experience in Korea company environment and Korean speaking is preferred but not requirement.

7.Internet research and analyze PV solar related report.

8.Strong leadership and consensus building skills, excellent interpersonal, English oral and written communication skills, highly organized and ability to work independently.

9.Working knowledge of word processing, desktop publishing, presentation software, database management and spreadsheet applications.
