Responsibilities:
Lead, develop and motivate the team, review and assess their performance and develop the team competence
Build up and maintain preventive equipment maintenance system.
Keep maintenance KPIs under full track.
Responsible for daily equipment check, keep machines in readiness for production, identify potential risks and take actions
Organize and lead regular maintenance plan and overhaul plan for euiqpment
Responsible for executing the installation of new machines and commission before handover to production
Execute energy saving policy and organize the management of energy saving and improvement.
Be responsible of spare parts stock control
Lead the improvement activities related to the machines
Keep close touch with Maintenance team in segment level
Identify cost savings potentials and process improvements and impelements
Cooperate with production/technology/quality functions

Requirements:

College degree or above, mechanical, project, automatic and other relative majors
3+ year maintenance experience, 1+ year experience in the same position
Hydraulic and Electronic knowledge is a must
TPM knowledge and experience preferred
Familiar with Auto CAD and Office software.
Management experience and evidence in maintenance preferred
English in written, spoken preferred
Strong team work and communication skills
Dedication to the results orientation
Structured and Logic working mind-set
