Demonstrates strong ability to support rollout of business development and application enhancement projects. Possesses Functional knowledge in building project plans, monitoring progress and emphasizing attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. Possesses strong knowledge of retail system and operations.
Key management skills required:

Job Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities of the company in order to achieve a stable, functional and cost effective IT system that will support and enhance all aspects of company operations.
- Demonstrates understanding of the departments & business partner’s needs and objectives. Develop technology solutions to improve business efficiency.
- Provide overall solutions on system architecture, data architecture, business processes, security, network management, etc.
- Responsible for taking accurate and adequate information and addresses problems, ensuring the smooth IS/IT operations in supporting the businesses.
- Work closely with IT groups including oversea offices, IT service partners, Tech support (ERP system service providers) to provide operational support for all systems used in office and stores, follow up outstanding issues and Action Items.
- Allocating project resources and ensure project schedule implement on time.
Job Requirements
- University degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline, certificate of PMP will be an advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience in IT Project Management, Application training.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to lead and participate in meetings translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Knowledge of apparel sourcing business processes and retail operation would be an added advantage
- Strong Presentation and training skills
- Excellent management, problem-solving, inter-personal skills, can-do attitude, customer service sense, dynamic and proactive.
- Strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong English oral and written communication skills.
- Willing to travel frequently in China and abroad.
- Having business sense and enjoying challenges and be able to work under pressure
