职位描述：
1、在总经理领导下负责企业具体管理工作的布置、实施、检查、督促、落实执行情况；
2、负责协助总经理处理公司日常事务;能独立处理突发事件；
3、与其他部门的经理进行沟通,协调员工内部矛盾；
4、协助总经理调查研究、了解公司经营管理情况并提出处理意见或建议，供总经理决策；
5、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作；
6、督促员工积极上进，按时完成公司安排任务；
7、做好总经理办公会议和其他会议的组织工作和会议纪录。做好决议、决定等文件的起草、发布。
任职资格：
1、形象好、气质佳；
2、有驾照，最好熟练驾驶；

3、知识结构较全面，具有丰富的管理经验，了解法律及财务方面的知识，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；
4、有较强的组织、协调、沟通、领导能力及人际交往能力以及敏锐的洞察力，具有很强的判断与决策能力，计划和执行能力；
5、良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正。
