职位描述：

- For our Process Industries and Drives Division in YANGZHOU,we are looking for a Quality Supervision Supervisor.

What are my responsibilities?

1, Lead QS team to continus improve quality management process. And promote zero defect culture in SSML

2, Assign job to QS employees and ensure the quality & productivit

3, People management:

Training and qualify new comers in QM/QS

Keep and develop people in QS

Conduct PMP dialogue and define KPI for key employee

4, Lead Production quality supervison:

Quality target monitoring;

Quality problem handling and improvement follow up;

Regular quality reporting to SSML management team and Headquarter

Implement process audit according to business demand

Define quality target yearly

5, 8D management:

Ensure 8D process & report quality

Monitoring 8D KPI

6, NCC management:

Issue monthly NCC(Nonconformity cost) report

Monitoring NCC target and follow up the improvement action

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1, People management knowledge

2, Motor manufacture and application knowledge

3, Quality management knowledge

4, Quality management method & tools (8D, SPC, Q7 tool, 6 sigma)

5, Quality standard knowledge(ISO/IEC/VDA...)

6, Audit skill

7, Mechanical technique knowledge

8, Project management knowledge

1, English speaking

2, Paper work and presentation skill
