-For our Industry Sector in YANGZHOU,we are looking for a Strategy Procurement Purchaser战略采购工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

-Lead Cross functional departments to generate the Material/Supplier strategy for SSML

-Find right suppliers and right parts on time with the involvement of other cross functional departments

-Market analysis and ajudgment on purchasing strategies;

-Commercial terms negotiation to optimize SSML benefits with cost sensitively.

-Drive and coordinate suppliers selection, development and evaluation for overall improvement

-Contract Management

-Support to improve supplier delivery and quality performance

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-3 years experience in strategy purchasing field in a manufacturing company of international or joint venture.

-High technology experience is prefered.

-Project related working experience is preferred

-be an expert in a specific role

-Collaboration with cross functional team

What else do I need to know?

-Purchasing and Supply Chain Knowledge

-Project management

-Commercial knowledge

-Supplier mangement including supplier selection, evaluation, development, so on
