Responsibilities:

• Review and investigate the automotive product feasibility(raw material, tooling, process) with other team members, start with APQP procedure;
• Make the developing plan for the new product(schedule, cost);
• Coordinate with the relative departments to satisfy the customer;
• Review with all the relative departments, and submit PPAP documents, include flow chart, control plan and PFEMA;
• Held regular meeting to monitor and supervise the schedule;
• Follow the automotive team activity while the supervisor is absent;
• Keep record of all the problems during the PPAP period and propose the countermeasure;
• Transfer all the knowledge to production department for the first/second mass production;
• Maintain the good relationship with customer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or above degree, major in steel manufacturing/ material engineering /metal material
• Have manufacturing enterprise experience, at least 10years;
• With foreign company working experience, at least 5years;
• With project management experience, at least 5years;
• Could work independently & With strong power of execution.
• Fluent English spoken and written
