Position Summary

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate site QMs to implement global quality released procedures <Q-alert, RCCA, NCR repair control>, Global L1 Q-alerts including the lessons learn with TPI sites globally.

• Organize the CN cross site internal audits, support TPI Global cross audit in other regions.

• Continuously optimize the cross functional procedures

• Support site quality and field service for the field failure analysis

• Facilitate CN Quality monthly meeting to share best practice <RCCA, Processing Optimization to eliminate major NCR>

Qualifications

• Undergraduate course graduation, composite materials major is preferred.

• Wind power industry work experience is preferred.

• Familiar with the wind blade and ISO9001 quality system knowledge, systematical thinking;

• Strong data analysis ability, experience of data model establishment for certain industrial improvement purpose.

• Experience of common quality tools e.g. APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D;

• Good command of written and speaking English.
