For our Process Industries and Drives Division in YANGZHOU,we are looking for a IT Manager/IT 经理.

What are my responsibilities?

1.负责公司IT硬、软件资产的预算和成本控制

2.负责公司应用软件的开发与维护管理，以满足业务的实际应用需求

3.负责公司IT相关的硬件设施维护管理，以满足业务的实际应用需求

4.负责本部门的环境、健康、安全管理，确保IT相关的工作流程符合国家、地方法律法规要求以及西门子总部的具体要求

5.负责与ERP外部供应商的沟通与合作

6.负责IT 相关的员工培训、IT内部员工的管理与培养

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1.5年及以上外企IT部门或团队管理工作经验，其中至少3年跨国公司部门经理或跨国项目经理工作经验

2.熟悉C#、SQL、HML JQ的开发和应用

3.熟悉Team Center，SAP的应用

4.熟悉IT硬件管理，如PC、Server room的管理与维护

5.熟悉项目管理的工具和方法

6.具备较强的领导与沟通协调能力

7.熟悉制造业的IT职业健康安全管理
