职位描述：
工作职责：
? Lead Product Development for Sealing and Trim Systems ? Ensure designs meet all functional customer specifications & SOR requirements and Cooper Standard design guidelines & best practices
 ? Liaison between the Customer sheet metal and sealing release engineers, internal and external CAD designers, CSA manufacturing plants and outside suppliers of molds, tooling and commercial components.
? Lead and manage functional, the program specific development team of Product Design Engineers and CAD Designers
? Responsible for communicating program concerns to Account Manager and Product Development & Engineering Manager.
? Responsible for program design status including design time lines.
? Responsible for coordinating regular design reviews (drawing reviews) and providing design status updates.
? Responsible for DFMEA’s, DVP&R’s
? Responsible for Design Reviews
? Responsible to create the DVP & PV test plan based on the customer specisication
? Assist in all product VE/VA reviews.
? Participate at vehicle testing eg. wind noise and water leak and trouble shooting as necessary.
? Participate in 8-Discipline corrective action writing with manufacturing divisions to assure timely and permanent problem resolution after launch. Lead 8-D corrective action writing prior to launch.
? Lead the engineering portion of the APQP process and input into portal.
? Implement engineering changes.
 ? Participate in vehicle builds/testing and track identified problems through to resolution.
? Lead and support business unit at customer management meetings.
? Mentor program teams as needed.
 ? Help define technology requirements for the business unit. ? Ensures that housekeeping, health and safety standards are maintained.

任职资格：
1. 5 + years experience in the design of glass and body closures seals and/or exterior ornamentation components.
2. At least 10 years of in the automotive industry in Engineering positions
3. Knowledge of OEM functional performance requirements.
4. Practicable experience as a liaison between the customer sheet metal and sealing release engineers, internal and external CAD designers, weather-strip manufacturing plants as well as outside suppliers of molds, tooling and subcomponents.
5. Proficiency in communicating program concerns to account managers and engineering managers.
 6. Experience in creating and managing component development and design time lines.
7. Proficiency in coordinating regular sealing component design reviews including drawing reviews and providing management regular design status updates.
8. Knowledge and experience in conducting sealing product VE/VA reviews.
9. Experience in resolving vehicle wind noise and water leak trouble issues.
10. Proficiency at 8-Discipline corrective action facilitation with manufacturing divisions to assure timely and permanent problem resolution of problems that arise.
11. Knowledge of the customer and internal APQP processes.
12. Successful evaluation and identification of customer vehicle build and validation problems. 举报 分享
