Responsibilities:

1. Introduce Lean Culture and train Lean application tools to execute activities to promote lean enterprise culture within whole manufacturing process, such as Lean Concept training course for all employees;

2. Lead site and coach teams working to lean out the value streams and drive and track all value stream projects to successful completion;

3. Lead and deploy Flex Lean and operation Excellence initiatives;

4. Is a catalyst working together with and engaging the site senior leadership to execute the Lean strategy;

5. Initiate lead and implement Lean / Kaizens with teams to achieve goals;

6. Work with other Lean experts locally,at the regional or corporate level to implement the Lean program;

7. Coordinate and align efforts across other factories as appropriate;

8. Assist local and regional leadership in organizing and tracking Lean Projects and activities.



Job Requirements:

1. University bachelor degree or above;

2. Minimum 5 years experience in lean manufacturing and experience in improvement process;

3. Strong analysis abilities, positive attitude to change, Goal focused;

4. Must have hands-on experience in VSM, flow manufacturing, Kanban pull systems, Kaizen,6s, standard work SMED,TPM and others lean techniques;

5. Excellent English oral and written communication skills;

6. Authority to make changes happens across function and departments;

7. Passion and commitment to enterprise lean sigma;

8. Proven leadership skills (Lead, Motivate, process and people management skills;

9. Able to think strategically and deploy tactically;

10. Familiar with productivity improvement techniques including the use of problem solving methods;

11. Can effectively coach and lead teams using lean techniques with a focus on result;

12. Able to translate the concepts of lean to the shop floor and support operations.
