Overview:

The person
in this position is to manage the production activities in Division two &
third of Roof WGQ plant and related assigned tasks by manager, ensure the
production activity meets target of output, productivity, quality and cost etc,
and acted as key leader to handle production related emergency issues.

Principle
Accountabilities:

·
To plan, organize and control manufacturing
activities, ensuring the effective usage of equipment, materials and personnel,
with the purpose of completing satisfactorily the production programs.

·
To monitor manufacturing activities and
ensure that they reach the desired levels of production, maintaining group
synergy and integration.

·
To bring suggestions for the development of
projects and devices for the operation of equipment and machines.

·
To assist in research related to the
installed production capacity of the plant, adequacy of personnel and other
issues as necessary.

·
To coordinate a process of constant
development for the employees, through intensive and extensive courses.

·
To supply associates with information about
issues related to the quality system of the company and to other important
areas.

·
To ensure that standards of hygiene, safety
and discipline are rigorously maintained.

·
Handle the emergency issues in the day and night
shift with guide from related management team.

Education/Experience:

·
Above bachelor education mechanical or
material engineering related is preferable

·
Above 8 years working experience ,at least 3 year
experience as supervisor or complex
product team leader in the automotive industry and foreign invested company is
preferable

·
Familiar with lean manufacturing and visual management,
self-motivation for continuously efficiency
improvement and problem solving is preferable

·
Familiar with TS 16949
