职位描述：
1. Assist leader to draft human resource plan and policy of the company according to the company’s current situation and development plan; Execut policies related to human resource of the company and supervise its implementation;
根据公司实际情况和发展规划，协助上级拟定公司人力资源计划和政策，执行公司人力资源诸方面的方针政策并督促各部门落实；
2. Be responsible for HR related reports statistics and analysis;
负责人力资源相关报表的统计和分析等；
3. Be responsible for executing working attendance system, the company's payroll calculation and payment; Be responsible for the payment and management of social insurance and house fund;
负责实施公司考勤制度、薪资计算和发放，以及社保及公积金的缴纳和管理；
4. Be responsible for the company's human resources processing work and the handling of the formalities.
负责公司人力资源流程性工作，以及各项手续的办理；
5. Be responsible for maintenance and updating of the company's internal documents.
负责公司内部档案的维护和更新；
6. Assist in the implementation of PDR;
协助绩效考核的实施与推进；
7. Including but not limited to the above work.
包括但不仅限于以上工作。

The Ideal / 主要要求
？ Educational level: Bachelor or above教育背景：本科以上学历
？ Knowledge of and experience in own discipline: 3 years’ above experience
本领域的知识和经验：3年以上相关工作经验。
？ Knowledge of and experience in other relevant discipline: be familiar with the operations of manufacturing enterprise. good office software and network applications skill.
其它相关领域的知识和经验：熟悉制造企业的运营，熟练使用Office等办公软件及网络应用。
？ Managerial and social skills: Have good language expression, communication, organization, coordination and time management ability and affinity, and have strong sense of responsibility and professional dedication.

Pectin has been for more than 90 years a very well accepted natural food ingredient. It can be used in the production of jams, fruit jellies, acidified milk drinks, yoghurts, fruit juices, beverages, fruit spreads and for both nutraceutical and pharmaceutical applications as a thickening and stabilising agent, and as a soluble fibre. FDA recognises pectin as GRAS (Generally Recognised As Safe)果胶作为纯天然食品配料已有90余年历史。作为增稠剂、稳定剂和天然的水溶性膳食纤维，果胶被广泛应用于果酱、果糕、糖果、酸奶、酸乳饮料、果汁、果汁饮料喝烘焙制品以及医药健康领域。美国FDA认定果胶为安全食品（GRAS）。
