The Purpose of this Job / 工作目的
？ In accordance to the company’s goals in new pectin product development and process optimization, assist leader in ideation and screening proposals. Implement and manage specific projects to ensure the progress of new pectin product/process development and continuous improvement of pectin production.
？ 根据公司的果胶新产品和工艺改进的研发目标，协助上级构思并筛选建议。通过实施并对项目进行管理，保证果胶新产品新工艺的研发进度和目前工艺的持续改进。
The Challenge / 工作职责
1. According to the situation and conditions of incoming peels/pomace, work out peel/pomace testing plans. Ensure the results are accurate and feedbacks are given in a timely fashion.
根据果渣的来料情况，制定果渣的检测计划，做到检测的准确和反馈的及时
2. Be familiar with pectin production process. According to the requirement of new pectin product development and process optimization, put forward own opinions and solutions;
熟悉果胶的生产流程，并针对果胶新产品和工艺改进的需求，提出自己的意见和方案。
3. Assist leader in ideation and screening proposals and formulate specific R&D projects.
协助上级对意见和方案进行筛选并形成具体的研发项目。
4. Conduct patent and literature searches about pectin structure and pectin production related to specific project, and work out the experiment design accordingly. After confirmed by leader and innovation director, implement and manage the project
针对具体的项目，进行果胶分子结构和果胶生产等相关的专利和文献的检索，制定实验方案。经与上级和创新总监确认后，实施并对项目进行管理
5. Use excel, Minitab or SPSS software to analyse data statistically. Use the molecular structure of pectin and other basic theoretical knowledge to explain the results and derive conclusions.
使用excel Minitab或者SPSS软件对数据进行统计分析，并能用果胶分子结构和其他基础理论知识对结果进行解读并形成结论。
6. Keep a close eye on pectin production. In the event of any deviations in pectin production (process or quality), analyse the problems and find solutions to the problems.
密切关注果胶生产线，针对果胶生产过程中的偏差（工艺或者质量），分析问题并提出解决方案。
7. Including but not limited to the above work.
包括但不仅限于以上工作。
Qualifications / 主要要求
？ Educational level: Bachelor or above教育背景：本科及以上学历
？ Qualifications: 3 years of product/process development experience in hydrocolloids, food ingredients or agricultural products related fields; be familiar in searching and reading English patent and literature about pectin structure and pectin production; preferably majored in food and agricultural sciences, organic chemistry, or analytical chemistry. Must be familiar with experimental design methodology.
本领域的知识和经验：有三年以上在亲水胶体，食品添加剂或者农产品等相关领域进行产品/工艺开发经验；能熟练的查找并阅读果胶结构和果胶生产英文文献和专利；最好主修过食品与农业科学，有机化学，分析化学；熟悉试验设计方法。
？ Knowledge of and experience in other relevant discipline: be familiar with office softtware. Can use Excel, Minitab and SPSS to do the experiment design and data analysis.
