The Purpose of this Job / 工作目的
To set up and maintain a quality management system to ensure products manufactured by this company compliance with relevant standards and regulations, in order to satisfy customer requirements, meet all legal and regulatory demands and continuously improve products and operations.建立并维护质量管理体系，以确保本公司所生产的产品生产符合相关标准和规定，满足客户需要，符合所有法律法规的要求，保持质量管理体系的持续改进。
The Challenge / 工作职责
? Maintain and improve the quality system: ISO9001/ISO22000/BRC, Kosher, Halal for the company. Ensure understanding of these standards and enhance the awareness of the quality and food safery of employees by training and communication. Organize quality management review and mock recall, HACCP plan update for the company. 维护、不断完善和改进公司的质量管理体系：包含ISO9001、ISO22000、BRC、犹太食品和清真食品等; 对公司的员工进行培训和宣导，提高员工的质量和食品安全意识；定期对质量管理体系进行验证、更新公司的体系文件以保持体系的有效性和适宜性。
? Investigate production deviation and customer complaints. Issue corrective actions request to all deviation if necessary. Make sure they are documented, implemented and effective (Plan-Do-Check-Act feedback loop) in track wise system.对生产过程的偏差及客户投诉等进行调查分析，提出纠正和预防措施，形成书面记录，并跟踪整改行动（按照PDCA闭环管理）。
? Maintain close contact and coordinate with all relevant internal parties to ensure quality issues are discussed and resolved: Production, Maintenance, QC, Marketing & Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, and that for all levels and organizational units. 与公司生产、工程、QC、市场营销部及采购物流部等各部门保持良好的沟通，确保质量及食品安全问题得到充分讨论并及时解决。
? Collect the data related to the Quality System and make analysis on these data to know the tendency of the quality performance, identify potential for further improvement propose and follow up the correct and corrective actions. 对质量体系数据进行汇总和分析，评估质量体系的绩效趋势，提出纠正预防措施并负责跟踪落实。
? Organize regular internal audits to verify the conformance of actual practices to the defined procedures, identify potential for further improvement and ensure the continued effectiveness and suitability of the Quality Management System.组织内审，发现潜在问题并提出改进措施，确保质量管理体系持续改进。
? Be responsible for the regulation affairs related to quality of the Company to keep the business comforting to the international and national laws and regulations. 负责公司的质量相关法规事务，保持公司业务及产品的合规性。

Above Bachelor level in Sciences (majored in food, pharmaceuticals or chemicals)

？ Knowledge and experience in own discipline:

- Specialization in GMP and QA. 有GMP和QA的专业背景
- 5 years’ experience in food industry or API 在食品或药品企业有5年以上工作经验

Pectin has been for more than 90 years a very well accepted natural food ingredient. It can be used in the production of jams, fruit jellies, acidified milk drinks, yoghurts, fruit juices, beverages, fruit spreads and for both nutraceutical and pharmaceutical applications as a thickening and stabilising agent, and as a soluble fibre. FDA recognises pectin as GRAS (Generally Recognised As Safe)果胶作为纯天然食品配料已有90余年历史。作为增稠剂、稳定剂和天然的水溶性膳食纤维，果胶被广泛应用于果酱、果糕、糖果、酸奶、酸乳饮料、果汁、果汁饮料喝烘焙制品以及医药健康领域。美国FDA认定果胶为安全食品（GRAS）。
