职位描述：
Responsibilities:
To achieve successful process development according to APQP procedure and project timing .
To ensure a smooth transfer of project from development to production plant (CN/Thailand and other regins )
To ensure stable mass production by management of process and trouble shooting .
To keep improving the process parameters/tooling status to eatablish lower scrap/saving and growing of EBIT.
New project process development
Process management /trouble shooting for mass production project
Define and provide BOM/routing for new project , design layout and working instruction.
Product sample production for test/customer before SOP
Manage production trial run and report , support Internal Run@Rate according to Launch timing and training the operators
Fisibility study and suggestion to product/mold design
Leading the analysis and close the open issues during mould run in.
To sharing experience during mould run in with mould designer and mould maintence, to confirm the design and follow the timing of mould/Fixture update or repair
Experience exchange with other regin in case any support need to get or to provide
Continuous improvement from process side /trial and report
Engineering change management
To support internal or customer audit

Requirements:
Bachelor or above in Polymer Science and engineering , rubber related
More than 2 years experience with rubber recipe research or with rubber injection process development releated fields.
Preferred in the automotive industry with experience of vibration product .
Knowledge of the production of metal to rubber bonded parts.
Knowledge of APQP, TS, Quality tools: FMEA /MSA/SPC….
LEAN production experience will be a plus.
Project management experience preferred.
