职位描述：
1. Implement regular and preventive maintenance of all equipment ；实施定期和所有设备的预防性维护;
2.Assist to assure that quality, environmental system and procedures that meet the requirements of the standards (TS16949, ISO14001) are maintained and effectively used; 协助确保质量、环境系统和程序满足标准的要求(TS16949、ISO14001)维护和有效的利用;
3.Assist to assure Gates HSE requirement on equipment are met; 协助保证盖茨HSE要求设备满足
4.Update equipment maintenance plan and assure implementation: 更新设备维修计划,保证实现:
4.1 Be responsible for equipment maintenance periodically. 负责设备定期维护。
4.2 Responsible for troubleshooting of daily maintenance; ensure technicians are coached counseled and trained. 负责故障排除的日常维护,确保技术人员指导建议和培训。
4.3 Set up completed files of equipment, including categories, serial numbers, records and cards of all equipment. Cost control and optimization in terms of spare parts management; 设置完成文件的设备,包括类别、编号、记录和卡片的所有设备。成本控制和优化的备件管理。
5.Responsible for working out technical requirement and technical contract on new equipment CAPEX; 负责制定技术要求和技术合同新设备资本支出
6.Responsible for new equipment check in; and technical innovation of current equipment; 负责新设备检查,和当前设备的技术创新
7.Responsible for coordination with equipment supplier to assure equipment are in work on schedule; 与设备供应商负责协调,保证设备在工作进度;
8.Other jobs assigned by engineering manager. 工程经理安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1. 28-40 years old, bachelor degree, major in automobile/ mechanical engineering or similar. 28-40岁,学士学位,主修汽车/机械工程或类似的。
2.Minimum 5 years experience as equipment maintenance engineer in automotive industry,至少5年在汽车行业设备维修工程师经验。
3.Proficiency in reading and understanding equipment mechanical and electrical drawings. 熟练阅读和理解设备机械和电气图纸。
4.Familiar with TS16949 quality system and ISO18000 OSHMS. 熟悉TS16949质量体系和ISO18000 OSHMS。 举报 分享
