Description:
Reporting to Operation Manager and dotted line reporting to AP EHS Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for coordination and implementation of EHS Management System onsite to ensure compliance and alignment with regulatory agency guidelines and corporate standards. This person is expected to perform investigation and analysis on accidents and to reinforce or to develop prevention programs and procedures. This position needs to participate in New Product Introduction process (NPI) and be a key-stake holder in capital expenditure or improvement projects to ensure EHS issues are properly reviewed and addressed. Other functions will be to design EHS training for all levels of employees, conduct onsite audits, evaluates new safety equipment, assist in emergency situations and ensure 5S management in the plant.

Requirements:
To be considered you shall have at least 5-7 years Environment, Health & Safety working experiences in multinational company, possess a minimum Degree Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or related course and has excellent command in verbal and written English. The ideal candidate will need to have licensed safety professional, good with computer skills and experience with Microsoft office. Candidate with outstanding analytical, conflict resolutions, communication and project management skills will be added advantage in applying this position.
