1、 管理质量部的日常工作，部门人员培训，使其有效地做好本职工作。
Manage the dept. daily job. Arrange the training to the department people to ensure the job skills.
2、 参与编制审核过程流程图PFC, 失效模式分析FMEA、控制计划CP, 等团队工作。
As team member, to join the activities in editing and review PFC, FMEA, CP and related team work.
3、负责组织新产品开发过程中PPAP文档的整理工作，并提交给客户批准。
Prepare PPAP for customers during the new products development.
4、按计划运用统计技术进行工序能力分析SPC。
Organize the process capability analysis according the SPC schedule.
5、监督进货检验、过程检验、发货检验和实验室测试工作，对不合格品进行控制。
Supervise inspections in incoming, process, finished products and test. Control the nonconforming products.
6、制定供应商审核计划，对供应商实施管理体系审核、过程审核和产品审核，并定期评定供应商质量保证能力。
Make suppliers audit plan, to perform the audit in quality system, processes and products in supplier site and evaluate quality capability.
7、分析质量数据和资料，定期组织质量分析会，包括周度质量会，月度工厂会和月度全球质量会。
Analyse quality data and organize quality meeting, include weekly meeting, monthly plant meeting and GFQC.
8、不断改进质量控制手段和方法，设法降低质量成本。
Continuously improve the quality methods and decrease quality cost.
9、负责处理客户投诉，售后索赔及公司内部质量问题的分析解决。
To deal with customer complaints, claims. Solve the internal quality issues.
10、组织实施内审，包括质量管理体系审核，产品审核，过程审核。
Organize the internal audits, include quality system, products and process.
11、组织年度管理评审。
Organize annual management review.
12、对总经理负责，完成总经理安排的各项工作。
