The main missions of the role are to:

1.Check expense report and arrange payment.
2.Complete foreign supplier’s payment on time
3.Input vouchers related to cash and bank in SAP system.
4.Prepare cash flow statement and monthly cash forecast based on direct method.
5.Document filing
6.In charge of communication of related things with local tax bureau, statistical bureau and state administration of foreign exchange.
7.In charge of VAT, stamp tax declaration
8.In charge of annual check for related government department
9.Prodive efficient support for internal control audit and external audit

The ideal candidate will have/be:

1.Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financial management
2.Familiar with ERP system, SAP experience is preferred
3.Solid accounting knowledge
4.Strong teamwork
5.Good communication skills
6.Fluent in English required
