Job Description:

Ensure customer satisfaction by being the front line contact and interface with our customers. Providing them with the information they need about our products, providing them with cost information and processing their orders in a manner that provides a positive reflection on Pittsburgh Corning.
1.Get order into PCS ERP
2.Place order into PCY ERP
3.Communicate domestics customer per Sales need
4.Communicate PCC per International need
5.Working together with PCY Finance
6.Working together with PCY supply chain

Requirement：

1.Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2.Very high proficiency in the English language
3.1 to 3 years of experience in sales / customer service is required.
4.3+ years of experience with an international company is greatly preferred.
