职位描述
Major Job Responsibility:
l Receive and understand customer demand, especially the rolling forecasts by working closely with Sales Dept. and by directly contacting with customer
l Manage and coordinate customer demand variations with Production, Sales Dept. and Materials, balance capacity, etc.
l Upload and maintain the production requirement into the MRP system
l Make Production Planning according to demands and forecast from Customer and work with MFG to ensure schedule attainment is properly maintained
l Supervise the delivery performance to make sure 100% on-time delivery
l Maintain optimal inventory level and decrease E&O on FG
l Avoid any premium caused by mistakes
l To make regular report about the production status, inventory level, aging stock level and other relevant report
l Strive for Lean Organization and Continuous Improvement
Candidate Requirements:
l Bachelor degree in logistics, or equivalent;
l Good communication skills;
l Good analytical skills;
l Paying attention to details;
l Quick follow-up;
